Steep Temps & Times

Herbal Teas: 200°F - 212°F (just boiling) for 5-10 minutes

Green Teas: 170°F - 180°F (steamy but not boiling) for 2-3 minutes

Oolong Teas: 185°F - 205°F for 3-5 minutes

Black Teas: 200°F - 212°F for 3-5 minutes
