Intro to Herbalism (Workshop)

In this workshop we will provide a comprehensive introduction to herbal wellness, covering both the medicinal aspects of common herbs and practical ways to incorporate them into daily life.

There will be demonstrations and hands-on activities to enhance the experiential learning aspect of the class.

All items and tools for this workshop are included.
